I am a landlord in MI my tennant just filed chapter 7 what should I do?

You should start eviction processing immediately. A Chapter 7 filing indicates that the tenant is not in a position to reorganize and handle the debt load. If you have a lease with this tenant, you shall have to wait until he violates one of the terms of the lease. If he manages to continue paying the rent, then you don't have any issues. If he's already delinquent, you have a lease term violation which can be used for eviction.
