I though:
0+0=1
My closet was a portal to a fantasy world
Canada was a planet
There was only Canada
There were mermaids at the beach
There were fairies, mermaids, and unicorns
People lived in my radios, and televisions
Dolls and Toys came to life at night

I'll add more as I remember them.

That a witch lived under my bed, and that my covers were a 'safe zone'. I had to always have my covers covering me completely no matter what the temperature.

I believed that all the letters and numbers had genders:

A, F, I, J, K, L, N, P, S, V, X, Y, Z, 2, 4, 5, 7 were all female
B, C, D, E, G, H, M, O, Q, R, T, U, W, 0, 1, 3, 6, 8, 9 were male

I don't know when or why I came up with this, but I truly believed it as a child, they all had distinct personalities, too.

I used to correct my mother - her speech, her spelling everything and come running into her room when she was in the phone informing her of her spelling mistakes on her shopping list. I was about 3-9 at the time. I even did it to teachers once or twice I was a shy kid but when I built confidence I could be bold sometimes My father used to lie about his age to stranger (you know be 32 and say he's 27) I would in a loud voice in the middle of a crowded place call him out on it. I would have been 7-8 at the time I used to think that if I walked too far in one direction I would fall off the Earth and never stop falling. I didn't understand the concept of gravity I was about 4 or so. It doesn't make sense because I'm from Australia so with this concept I should have believed I needed velcro for my shoes to stop falling or that we should really have been walking on the sky/ceiling - or that everything in Australia is upside down.

I was certain for a long time that a vampire lived under my bed and I would lay in my bed, on my back, in the middle of the bed. Figured I would be able to see him "out of the corners of my eyes" if he tried to come up and get me! Most nights thats how I went to sleep. Wouldn't even get off my bed in the middle of the night FOR ANYTHING! I also thought my mom was a witch - and told people that's why I couldn't live with her, she was too busy as a witch (In my defense, I didn't live with her and her birthday IS Halloween!)

I thought that all my toys came to life at night also.
I always thought that when music played over a radio or something at a resurant, there was a band on the roof playing.
Whenever the wind started to blow, aliens would come and try to kidnap me. And because of this, me and my sister were trapped in a cardboard box on a windy day in our backyard. We thought if we left the box, the aliens would come, and we actually started eating grass!

I thought that a witch was under my bed at night, I also always covered my head at night with my blanket because I was worried the sandman would put sand in my ears instead of my eyes.

Both my parents have the same middle name: Lee. Spelled the same and everything. Pretty cool, right? Well, because of this, when I was little I thought ALL grown-ups middle names were Lee and you couldn't get get married or have kids unless this was your middle name.
I also thought Georgia was the biggest place in the whole universe.
I was a very confused child.

You know that part in the movie "The Wizard of Oz" where Dorothy goes to Munchkinland for the first time and the movie switches from Black-n-White to TechniColor??? Well, I used to think that was the very moment that Hollywood ran out of black and white film and had to switch to color film in the middle of the making of that movie... LOL.
