I counted 5 1st overall picks for:
Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts
Boston/New England Patriots
Buffalo Bills
I thought it was Chicago/St. Louis/Phoenix/Arizona Cardinals because they are consistently bad, but surprisingly they only had 4, and they haven't had the 1st overall since 1958.

Those are the negative examples. Then you have Julio Jones and the Falcons or RG3 and the Redskins on the other end, where trading off a multitude of picks paid immediate dividends for the teams involved. That's the thing with drafts, you have to be confident in your talent evaluators. Getting 1 Peyton Manning or Tom Brady is worth a dozen number one picks.
