Nope. I do not believe that the 2nd Amendment gives citizens the right to have weapons of mass destruction. People with bombs and anthrax could argue that the 2nd Amendment protected them if this was the case.

time for the libs to leave this alone and move onto something really important..libs keep wanting to disarm the law abiding citizen and to give criminals more rights than the rest of us.
