Wait for it to stop moving, otherwise you end up with it on more than your lips.

I don't use public transport but if i did, I would definitely gloss my lips. It's a lot safer than doing it while you are driving rather than on a bus or a train.

I never use public transport- I drive everywhere. I DO put on lip gloss or eyeliner, whilst changing the CD., brushing my hair, talking on my mobile (hands free only) and looking for something in my handbag. I do all those things whilst at traffic lights, or stuck in a queue

Depends. If I have dry lips then I use my lip-ice, no matter where I am. I generally apply other make up at home in a bathroom. Sometimes in the car. (but results may vary according to the speed bumps on the road...)

I CANNOT stand woman that constantly brush their hair, put on make up every 5 minutes no matter where they are. The absolute worst is in a public restaurant !
