I know someone who told me they have never experienced fear....I believe him. He wants to know if others are like him, and if there is a name for it....

Don't know about a scientific term, but I just saw a documentary on Evel Kinevil who claims as a younger man he had absolutely no fear of anything.

I believe him...anyone who did what he did and was hurt as many times as he was had to have had no fear. Or no brains. I'm thinking both.

Only a fool has never known fear. Those of us who would be called 'brave' have only mastered the more common fears. There IS a term which may describe your friend, though, It is called 'Pathological Liar'. (they really believe the BS they tell others)

A big bad person who says he feels no fear is lieing. Usually it is the person who is afraid of fear and is hiding from it who feels no fear. Perhaps your impressive person can show you that underneath that is his way of facing fear. Facing it doesn't mean it doesn't scare you. Many don't run in the face of fear. But perhaps they are too afraid to.

there is a scientific name for it, I saw it on tv once. It comes up in kids first. I dont know if its autism or what but there IS aterm for it! ask a pediatrician.
