After all both creatures are from another realm. we know nothing when it comes to there world. they dwell there they know whats up If you beleive in one creature from another realm you must beleive in all.they are from one place the realm of the dead. we are in the realm of the living and there is conflict between the two. so beleive in all or beleive in none.

because the great art is long gone from this plane. werewolves are still spotted though very rarely. I can definately say that The Council is still very much around.

Werewolves for most don't really exist. But to such, it does in the old centuries based on only one person behaving like a beast, cannibalism ans sharp claws.. It's more of a disease then a creature. It's called Lycanthrope.
What we see on TV, producers just to spoof up the situation of a infected man.
And btw, wizards and lycans are two different things.

most people believe that werewolves are fake but there have been recordings in early ROMANIA that people saw things that looked like man-wolves. true who knows. wizards are just 34-year-old fat pedophiles who play D&D and live in their mothers basements. jk . magic in general is probable some-what real.
