Pee and poop please. I guess it's only fair to say how much I do. I pee depending on how much water I drink, but I guess I do it between 4-7 times a day. I usually go poop once a day, but sometimes I skip days or do it a couple of times. I my swell tell you that I pass gas between 5-20 times a day. Oh, yeah, in case you were wondering, I'm a teenage girl.

Pee 4 to 5 times is less it should be more but depends what quantity of water or liquid you have. Increase water quantity. For Poo once a day is must, if there is no call of nature at exact time or you are not habitual on a specific time it means there is a problem in your meal. You do not have a fixed time of your lunch/ dinner and because of improper digestion you are not pushed for Poo. First fix your time for lunch/ dinner and you can see that exact a time what you will fix you will feel nature call for toilet. This is very important, mind it if your bawl is not good, your whole health cycle will be affected even your menstruation process also will be impacted because of constipation.

2 or 3 times while waking-up...depending on how much liquid I drink and how active I am...probably about 5 more times during the day...let´s say an average of about 7.

I go the the restroom on an average of 2-3 times a day .... all the rest of what i'm doing while i'm in there isn't necessary. You sure to go a lot.

1 good pooh in the morning after my cup of coffee. Then I pee about once every hour during the day and twice in the middle of the night (in the toilet not the bed) :) I drink tea all day, that's why.......are you writing all this down.......

Girls have more problems with regularity than boys...so it's rare to find a girl that poops EVERYDAY without some kind of vitamin or supplement...but I am with you, pee depends on the water intake.
