I live in Canada and have Bell Sympatico internet DSL, anI have been able to connect to nintendo wifi before but cannot any longer.
What's the problem and what can I do to fix it?

oh yeah I require a username and password but don't know how to enter those settings or if I need them at all.

You do not need a password and username to connect to your ISP if you are using a wireless router connected to your modem. The password and username will be setup in the router already. You need to install the wireless adapter on you nintendo then gointo the wireless settings on the nintendo and connect to the signal from the router.
