Most likely your body chemistry has changed.

It happens all the time. The problem is that more times than not, you will now continue to have the same reaction.

The BEST answer is to go to the doctor, and let them know what is going on. Perhaps there is something else wrong. At the minimum you need to have a basic work up so they can see if anything is sticking out, like blood pressure, cholesterol, etc...

I really think you should ask yourself if you are addicted to ganga mentally. I mean if you are having physical symptoms that are indicative of a heart attack, and yet you continue to use it, perhaps you should think about why you ARE doing it.
