Short answer: Jacksonville. Of the teams you named, here's what I think about each:
Arizona Cardinals - They've been in the desert almost 20 years & still don't have an identity as a team. Maybe Whisenhut and Grimm can change that, but it'll take time.
Cleveland Browns - They finally started paying attention to improving their offensive line & they get hit with unlucky injuries. They might climb out of the cellar if Romeo Crennel doesn't get prematurely fired, but they have to win in a tough division first.
Detroit Lions - They're starting to make the right moves, but they have a long way up to climb.
Houston Texans - Matt Schaub, welcome to the meat grinder that ate up David Carr. It's been nice knowing you.
Jacksonville Jaguars - They've got the running game and the defense. They're not missing much. If Indianapolis regresses (as their offseason suggests they might), Jacksonville could have several playoff appearences at hand, and possibly more.
New Orleans Saints - Reggie Bush and Drew Brees were miracle acquisitions, as was late round draft pick Marquis Colston. But the team still has a lot of work to do defensively (their pass defense stats only look good because their run defense is bad.)

Definetly the Saints. They have all the power players they have...
Drew Brees
Reggie Bush
Marques Colston
Deuce McAllister
All these players are amazing and going to get them to a Superbowl. I honestly think they might win this years superbowl.

I see the Cubs winning the World Series before any of these teams make it to the Superbowl, but if there was a choice I would say the Cardinals.

well the saints have a great chance with a stellar running staff... but of those Im going with the cards all the way.. on paper that team is one of the best in the leage
Edge - RB = pimp daddy!!
Fitz AND boldin = are you kidding, two killer WR?!?!
Leinart - QB = this kid is the next tom brady, he is collected, good at clock managment, just all around kick *** player.
They made good O line pickups and some good Defensive moves, I like em...
NOW, with that being said, whats on paper and what they put out are two totally different things, so, we'll just have to wait and see
