No gray areas there. But I would define virgin as having had CONSENTUAL relations, and not count rape as a means of losing virginity.

no. its either you are one or your not. the second a penis enters your vagina, you're not a vigin anymore.

according to wikipedia, you're still a virgin is you have oral sex, anal sex, or masturbate. its called technical virginity.
