How come it took J.Lo and Angelina Jolie to make black features beautiful?

How come it took a non-black woman to make features of black women beautiful. Like for instance Angelina Jolie is applauded for having full, thick lips, black women have always have full lips but were never credited or called beautiful mainstream for it. No black female movie star never was called beautiful for her full lips. Actually black women's full lips were always made fun of by whites now white women are getting lip injections. Jennifer Lopez made big butts a thing of beauty, even white and spanish women want that. Black women always had the big butts but were never called beautiful for it, of course black men always knew it, remember Sir Mix A Lot song I Like Big Butts but it took non-black women to make the butt beautiful. It seems people hate to call black women beautiful for their features, Asians and Latino women are called beautiful for certain things but not black women because the stereotype is black women are just ugly and that's not so.

It seems black women can't make their features a thing of beauty. Many black stars have to look white to be considered beautiful yet non-black women can have black features and be called beautiful. Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie are called beautiful for having features that originated with black women and black women never got credited or called beautiful. Full lips and big butts now are a thing of beautiful just because a white and a spanish woman has it so now it's beautiful mainstream-wise, white and spanish women are getting lip injections and butt implants, but the full lips and big butts wasn't considered beautiful when only black women had the features. Thoughts?

I think what you are saying is fairly true. Personally, I think black woman are very beautiful, and I find there features very beautiful also. People are so judgemental, and whites still think think they are superior to any other race in some ways.
I just had my friend sitting by me, and I had her read this. She is black. She said that she found this true, and that blacks were not ugly...and I told her also that I find black woman much more pretty than white or spanish women or whatever women.
I have full thick lips...I am white, well actually, not really, I am a mix of many things. People make fun of my lips as well, so in ways what you say are not true, not all white woman with big lips are beautiful.
But this is mostly correct in my oppinion.

Not to undermine your comment, but lip enhancement has been around for years. I got lip enhancement way before Angelina Jolie got famous. In fact, I was just saying to my kids the other day, I wish my hair was curly. It would have way more volume. People perm their hair to get curly hair like blacks, so their beauty traits are, in fact, admired. That being said, some societies are less tolerant than others and stick to the old ideals of beauty. It's the same with Justin Bieber. I think he was more readily accepted by young white girls (and their parents) because he was a blonde white kid, although he sounds black to some extent. Him being white made black music okay for white girls. That's just my opinion.
