He was the most active in the group, and the other day I noticed he was just sitting there doing nothing. He's angled up towards the top of the tank, and just wades in one spot mostly. The other three mollies I have seem to be fine, they're more active than ever. I tried feeding him, and most of the time I noticed he would take food in his mouth and spit it out right away.

That's frequently called livebearer disease and occurs due to a lack of salts in the water. A bit of salt in the water will take care of it very quickly. Use aquarium salt or kosher salt and for mollies add about 1 tablespoon per 2 gallons or so. That should solve the problem. Remember to salt the replacement water before each water change, but only enough for the water you are adding back ot the tank.

Head down usually indicates a swim bladder problem, not head up in the water.

Hopefully you were able to separate her from the other fish. Chances of saving her is slim, but if she is strong she might still have a shot. There are other remedies but hard to tell which might work better without knowing more about your tank and its parameters. You should check your water to make sure it is within safe parameters to avoid losing more fish. Do a 30-50% water change when in doubt. Adding some aquarium salt (NOT ionized table salt) might help, but clean water usually will do the trick.

It sounds to me like he might be dying im afraid, When fish are ill they're swim bladder (which keeps them swimming horizontally) stop working so they swim vertically. (Bit like a human being drunk so they dont swim around much) Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!! You never know, it might only be temporary though....
