If you approach this in a comprehensive way then, once you actually start to come close to know how to do it you will be wise enough to know that you don't really need to.
If you want to influence them to get your own way then you don't really deserve to be influencing them, and I have no advice how to manipulate.
If you want to influence them to help them then the best way to do that is to go about improving yourself. Great people will automatically rub off on people they come in contact with. Along those lines, personally, I believe the best way to improve one self is to slowly become like the greatest man who ever lived.
Ironically, I have found that I don’t have the ability within myself to truly change for the better. But, my Master does and is continually training me and helping me.

Each person has a mind of their own to make their own decisions.
If you have a valid point to make, or try and get across to them, present it with the best possible information you have and let them see how passionate you are about it.
The end result will be that unless you intimidate them, they will make up their own mind.
I personally would not want someone to agree with me unless they really felt that way......good luck!

Really have a conviction about what your saying i listen to people talk and i don't think they even believe what they are saying. The best way to win a person over is to have a sincere conviction about that topic. After all if you don't care why should anyone else. LOL See how i got you to agree with me there !!

start with their beliefs and make your perspective sound like the solution to all of their problems. Even let them think it's their own idea.

Learn from politicians and lawyers, they are the best at it, watch george bush or any politician (good ones) change the arguements around on their opponents.
Or take up telepathy and witchcraft so you then influence people's thoughts. Or both.

most ppl will agree with a monkey if they think it will make them look smart. it is always best to lead in a directiion that gives them a sense of power.

Speak clearly, speak concisely and act as though there is no way you could be wrong. Back up your facts with proof even if you have to fake it and always believe your own story.
