He would not shot you, but if you resist arrest the last thing you need to worry about is the helmet law. More often than not people wreck their bikes when running from the cops. If you want to refuse the ticket, just take it, and then show up to court to fight it. More times than not a cop will not show up to court for a helmet and the judge will throw the ticket out.

I think you had too many motorcycle accidents without your helmet! Why The H would a peace officer shoot a fleeing suspect if his life is not in danger . You must be smoking too much crack my friend !

Why would you be shot if the officers life wasn't in jeopardy? If you used something as a weapon you might get shot. But you wouldn't be killed because of the lack of helmet, you'd be killed trying to kill an officer.

How would he kill you? by pursuing you at high speeds And you lose control and crash? Unless his life in danger he can't shoot you. And if your stupid enough to run and loose control or ram into another vehicle well than you are useless in this society anyway.We have plenty of idiots in this world one less will not be missed.
