Yes, it is. Furthermore, it's a concave decagon because at least one side (five of them, really) has an interior angle greater than 180 degrees.
[Convex shapes are those in which a line segment drawn between any two points inside the shape lie completely within the shape itself... where concave shapes might have parts of a similar line segment lying outside the shape.
