Clean the CPU fan.

Clean the power supply fan.

If the noise persists and can be narrowed down to the CPU fan, replace the CPU fan.

If the noise persists and can be narrowed down to the fan inside of the power supply, replace the power supply.

Note: Due to safety concerns, it is never recommended to open the power supply and replace only the fan. I always recommend that the entire power supply be replaced instead.

Many fans in perfect working order will simply get louder as the system gets hotter. In this case, it may be necessary to move your PC to a cooler area.

If moving the PC is not an option, you may need to invest in more powerful fans or in a more advanced cooling system like liquid cooling.

it's one of 2 things.

1 it's come slightly loose, so is vibrating, it's usually the power supply unit's fan. you can simply open the side panel and if you have to take it out it's simple to do. and just tighten the screws as much as you can,

2, it's just old and needs replacing, it's that expensive to replace a fan, or a power supply unit (as you cant just change the fan, you have to replace the whole unit)

my computer dose it' all the fans make one hell of a noise, like the computers going to take off. but after a while the vibrating fans just stop vibrating and bo back to normal.

See what fan that's I purely as much as date my video card driver which made the fan in the video card spin swifter and now the noise has doubled however the fan has long previous from sixteen% to 40 5% now and could desire to be dirt even though it dont think of so mine has 8 followers and would not get from now on noise . could desire to be your CPU fan consistent with possibility the you like better thermal paste ,as a results of fact the traditional paste with the hot CPU fan i offered made the CPU get warmer after a pair of million month there fore the fan spins swifter to purpose and funky it .attempt new thermal paste or maybe get a larger CPU cooler like a Zalman I relatively have one and its quiet as my inventory one replaced into quite noisy ,the Zalman followers are extra desirable so as that they push extra air and don't could desire to spin so rapid. Over all purely attempt to locate which fan the noise is coming from

Billy's answer is sensible. Otherwise if the fan itself is noisy then its time for a replacement. Don't risk fan failure. Fan costs £10, fried processor rather more

Your computer is probably full of dust, and needs cleaning buy a computer aerosol spray cleaner to blow out the dust usually cost about £3.00p,( p.s don't use the vacumn cleaner as you could damage components.

It probably needs oil. Peel the little sticker out of the middle of it and squirt a little wd-40 in there and then put the sticker back on (important). Then it should be good. If it still complains at you, replace it. Radioshack, about 10 bucks.

try cleaning it then put a squirt of wd40 on it...

Though they are very cheap these days,.... you could buy one with ball bearings which are a bit more expensive but alot more quieter
