Yes. My sister married our step-brother and they had two sons together. They later divorced, but they were married almost 12 years.
As long as you are not "blood related" there is no problem with you marrying your step-sister.
For all of you who say "Eww that's gross" grow up! There is no blood there and should not be looked at any differently than any other marriage!

Depends on your state, I guess. Check local laws....
As for the moral implications...keep in mind that if things don't work out, both people will still be in contact, which can make family functions awkward.
Unless you grew up together, thinking of each other as brother and sister and you love her, then go for it.

Legally no, but morally yes. I don't know the situation, if you two lived together or what. If you both are grown when your parents married then I see no problem in it.

Anyway if you did it would be a strange family reunion!
I knew of a couple that introduced their widowed parents to each other and that was kind of strange for a husband and wife to have their parents date!
