The easiest way to answer the question is are there more than 100, 000 liters of air in the room.
If the room is 4 x 8 x 3 meters, there are 96,000 liters in the room . So, yes.
This ignores the portion reacting with the materials in the room, and the amount breathed in and adsorbed into the tissues.

The room will have to have a capacity of 100000 litres as a minimum or it wont happen.
If you release a litre of chlorine in to a room then I suggest you get out quick.
Your aquarium fish will be the first to go.
