Doctors specializing in ....?

What sort of doctor should I go to for an A.D.D screening? I know a family physician is the most common, but are there doctors out there who specializes in this? What would I look under in the phone book? I also have no insurance anymore, just lost it...so I'm trying to shop around for a good doctor who can be understanding of my money problem. Where Do I start?
