I agree with the first answer, this is a bad place to look for a job. Particularly as you neither state where you are located (not even which country) nor offer a portfolio to view. You won't get any genuine job offer without telling people about your qualifications (which I wouldn't do either in detail here, but then I wouldn't look for a job here.) Do you have a bachelors or masters (can you teach at a university)?
If you have a masters and are looking for a job in the US you can check out the website below, they usually have a lot of university jobs in arts.
Go and look at job ads like everybody else does. Your university has a career counseling office in which they keep a lot of info about where and how to search for a job. Go there for a place to start. Get an appointment to have them help you. A lot of art magazines have job/residencies sections. Go to your library and look at those. Go to pottery studios around your town and ask if they need help. Good luck.

This is probably not the ideal place to seek a job offer, since questions are only answerable for three days (and people usually only answer them within the first hour or two).
Try somewhere like www.craigslist.com if you're just looking for some local, small jobs. If you're looking for a real, genuine job, then you're going to have to start looking in a real, genuine way and not through Yahoo Answers.
Build up your resume, maybe get a website going, put your stuff on Monster.com or another job website, and your chances of getting a genuine job in the ceramics or art field will be multiplied a hundredfold.

My suggestion is that you determine what type of job you are looking for and then begin searching your local area as well as your closest metro area. The suggestion to search craigslist is a good one. You might also check out the links listed here: www.coach4artists.com/resources.htm
In addition, some artists have found it useful to work with a career coach to help them prepare themselves for entering the workforce. You may want to consider this and/or seek out the services of your college's career center.
