1.) gossipy

2.) "lao dao" with the second rising tone for the first word and first hold tone for the second(you never said it had to be in English, right?)(BTW I used Chinese)

gossip-monger is the correct word.
nosey means trying to find out information when u u dont want to tell
garrulous means speaking noisily and forcefully
the other words are not exactly correct.check them out before using

loquacious and garrulous are both words that refer to someone who is very talkative - could be gossip or garden-variety chattiness
