We've selected the name but I'm not completely sure of the spelling. So far, I like Carianne the best but am looking for other options. Any help would be great!!

I like Carianne the best too. I think that's a lovely spelling. You could also do Karianne or Kerianne. But I still like Carianne the best.

Carianne is beautiful. I wouldn't do anything different with that name, because spelling and pronunciation mistakes could become an issue later. Go with Carianne.

Carianne is the best way to spell it. It's straightforward and the name is pretty uncommon. My second choice would be Carrie-Anne. Beautiful choice!

Carrianne, Carianne (I like this way, too! :D), Karianne? I dunno.
Good luck, though.

I like your spelling. It's pretty. And for the child's sake, pick a spelling that's not too difficult. I've met too many kids that have trouble spelling their own names because their parents try to get too creative.
