Many dealers who sell records also handle rare and OOP CD's. Try sites like:

If you live in or near a metro area, try to find an independent store. Music stores in college towns can also be good sources of obscure goodies. If you find a store with a knowledgeable staff, they can notify you if something you're interested in turns up.

If I can't find it through Amazon I go to Red Eye Records (in Sydney Australia). It's also a cool shop to check out if your ever in Sydney. Fast shipping.

there's this place called www.limewire.com where you can get everything free for downloading, I don't know about the rarity of the CD selection but it's worth a look around. It has a LOT of stuff.
