Why marry at all?

No-one under the age of 30 should get married. The 20's are for getting the wanderlust, wild partying etc. out of your system so that by your 30's you (a) have a better sense of self (b) don't feel like your missing out as you would have been there and done that (c) you'd have enough sense and knowledge to sort the wheat from the chaff so to speak and (d) you'll hopefully have better finances!!!

That is a silly question. There is no set age. Marriage is meant for two people who love each other and are willing to show commitment to one another. My grand ma got married at 14 and my mom at 16. I waitied until 21 (I guess I was a rebel)

If you are over 18, then I think any age is ok, as long as you are adult enough to handle it. It takes a lot of responsibility to make a marriage work. Be sure you are ready for it, before you get married.
