take it from someone (me) who had a b12 deficiency a few years back,,,,, YES they do take it every day & you will see a improvement in about 3 months.. I still take them they are a gift from heaven to me...

Vitamin B12 infections should only be given when a patient has pernicious anaemia (where the B12 binding protein called intrinsic factor which is found in the stomach is lacking). If your body has enough of these vitamins, any extra supplements you take will simply be lost in the urine. If your B12 levels are normal, forget about taking any extra - you are simply wasting your money. If you are really tired, go and have a check up with your doctor and he can do a few basic blood tests to see if there is anything wrong. If you happen to be iron deficient for example, vitamin C and B supplements are not going to solve your problem.

believe it or not, I take a high potency B-Complex pill with all the B's in it, and I get ;lots of energy. Thats good, cuz I sure don't get sleep, ever!
