I do that alot while visiting at my parents. I don't want to talk during a TV show which is always on LOL for fear of being yelled at. By the time a commercial comes on I completely forgot what I wanted to say.....Ha Ha, I do that too. Now WTH did I come in here for?

It happens to me all the time. I also walk into a room with a purpose and then forget why I came into the room. Very frustrating and I feel old.

Yes, I also have to keep an out line handy when I speak to a group. I find I can't remember if I said that earlier or not. Oh these golden years are great.
