No. Do your research and eat right. The body wastes so much energy having to break down pills it's redundant to take them. If everything you need is in what you eat and drink, you don't have to take pills.

Yes, I take vitamins. Ideally you should be taking it three times a day to give your body a chance to absorb all the benefits. I take one pill and cut it into three. Some days I could not be bothered so I take the whole pill in the morning. As a woman I also worry about iron. I think I am being a little too long winded.

Yeah, a small multi-vitamin and a big 600 IU of vitamin E (dry pill not the oil). I take them with my meds in the morning. I guess they help.
