Let me get this straight.
A girl who used to be ugly - is now a lot cuter - and wants to hang out with you.
If you treated her bad before - and if she's smart she wouldn't give you the time of day .
If you merely ignored her before - and she's a lot cuter now, count your lucky stars she's even talking to you.
If you just knew about her but didn't know her from before - and she's a whole lot cuter then by all means hang out with her.
If you were mean to her before - and she still wants to hang out with you - then she's dumber than a brick - but you can still count your lucky stars she's even talking to you.

If you influenced her to be prettier and cooler, then don't hate for her getting boys now. I doubt she's a fake, she just needs to learn how to handle getting attention from boys, since it's a new feeling for her.
