against immigrants? i noticed lately, news would report and even emphasize a suspect or perpetrator of a crime was an immigrant...or do they merely want to give as much info as possible?..im afraid a new form of strong prejudice would emerge.

Hi Vincent. Where are you at? Anyways, in the country where there is a large immigrant population such as that of the U.S. I notice that the problem is one of those similar situations where the Latino population is maintained in a state of subjection by their own newspapers who react at the slightest notion of anything that is not in the favor of the Latin Americans to the point of exageration beyond control. The U.S. tries to be the melting pot and oftentimes falls short of somebodies expectancies and that is more fuel for the papers who need to sell paper to survive. That isn't condoning the English speaking population but there is in the U.S. something going on and it is in that precisely so many different people with so many contradictory problems trying to find a way to make it work. And in that there is hope. It may not be to many peoples liking all the time but never-the-less, even with the great mixture evolving there, there is still a long ways to go.
