I've never met anyone from yahoo answers, but i did meet my hubby on the internet. We met in a chat room and argued then started talking and agreed NEVER to meet in person cause neither of us thought it was a good idea. a few months later (after talking all the time on the internet) we ended up in the same photography class in college. neither of us knew the other was taking a photography class or that we were at the same college (we just thought we were in the same general area). we met and fell in love and we have been married for 7 1/2 years now and we have 2 kids. we are very happy. i have a lot of friends i have met on the internet, most i keep in touch with in email, with a few we do snail mail as well, and i have a friend I talk to on the phone at least once or twice a month.

Some of us meet people and get picked for best answer! I think that's really something. Some even have contacts that keep going through yahoo answers. I have a couple like that.

No I never had....some of the women I met on here I would like to go shopping with or just let our kids play together. Not sure if it will ever happen though

I met my best friend on "answers", he lives in England. We have not yet met in person....long story about how we were going to meet but didn't. However, we email almost everyday and are very close. I would trust him completely if we ever did meet. I have seen other questions on here...it happens..

I met this great guy through answers who has become a good friend. But we only talk through email. Otherwise... no.

I would only do it if i felt really comfortable and had been talking to him for a veeeery long time.
That's how I met my ex/best friend. Of course I also worked with his sister. and never knew it. :)

I would never EVER meet someone in person on the internet, that I don't know, its so unsafe. but anways i might add them to myspace if they have on.
