do u have a written lease?? if so he cannot change the terms of the agreement at all without your consent, he cannot raise u rent or take away your storage. he can only do this if u have no written lease agreement. if u do , tell him f-off and everytime he send someone over to start clearing out your stuff call the police, bc their on ur property. also if he you have no written lease then he must serve you with 30 days writtne notice, take u to court and evict u legally from the property, he cant just take something away, what he is doing is illegal and hes violating ur tenancy, call the police each time he trespasses.

I depends on whether or not you have a written lease. If you do, those terms should be clearly spelled out in said lease. If not, you are then a month-to-month tenant, and the landlord can do this.

Given that he raised the rents, I suspect you do not have a lease. Your options are to live with what he offers, or find a different place to live.
