Hello Becky,
Heidi's run through out my family back to the 1700's where they originated between Norway and Finland. My great great great grandmother was named Heidiliniana and her aunt was named Heidinga. Since then we have had 3 Heidi's spelled all differently; Heidi, Heidy and Hihdy. experimental. yeah

I read a book called Heidi, and seen a tv series too. She was Dutch or something and got paralysed, but then recovered.
Just a blast from the past, the name brought back a lil memory.

I know a Heidi but she spells it Hedi.
She is German and 70 years old. Her mother named her and that was way back then. Maybe Heidi is spelled wrong.

My aunt's name is Heidi, so I've never mispelled it...but I'm sure others have at some point.
