It's two girls and one guy, he has refused to take garbage out, do any cleaning, because he does not make a mess, won't pay cale because he does not watch TV. Girls came back from home after weekend and power cable was gone for cable box. Threw his old soap bars and garbage all over the living room , will not talk to the girls he said he just lost it when I asked him about it.

This is a situation were a lesson is being learned. Nothing you can do but let these two ladies learn there lesson about going into contrancts with people they just don't click with. Be careful, be warned, don't make contracts with people you don't plan on honoring to the end. Now there legally forced to have to deal with this, unless he stops paying his part of the lease. Trail by fire, happens all the time on her, but be as carful about picking room-mates as you would be picking friends....
