Interesting question....I believe in 100% honesty and other people claim to want to know the truth but the second you tell them what you really think they get mad. Why do they say "tell me the truth i wont be mad" and when you do they get mad??? Fascinating!

Not at all.
We all know there are instances where telling the truth just is not a good idea - but in general I feel confident saying that it's always best to tell the truth.

It depends on what the truth is, but if the truth will really, REALLY hurt someone's feeling and they don't REALLY need to know the truth, then yes, it's highly over-rated.

We are told to always tell the truth, but when we do, we get in more trouble that if we lied.
