When I see some of the questions on Yahoo that don't seem to get picked up on - the really racist or sexist ones, and the ones that seem to advocate abuse and violence and terrorism - it's a farce that you should get a violation notice for a question like that. I actually thought it was funny personally.

What it comes down to is someone reporting it because they had nothing better to do, or are so easily offended the shouldn't even come on to Y Answers because it's a safe bet they will find just about everything offensive.

I'm with you on this one - someone needs to re-evaluate what constitutes a violation.

Three independent people should have to violate a question for it to be removed. And let's face it, if it is really bad then lots of people will violate it and the question will be taken down! If some troll then wants to deliberately 'get' you, then they would have to be really determined with three separate accounts.

There was nothing wrong with the question you posted Alicat.

The actions of one village idiot can ruin it for all of us.

Some posters on here are serial VN issuers, it seems to be a hobby with them. I got 12 points deducted today because I said a question was pointless. I not only got a VN off on guy but he then followed it up with ans abusive email. Sit tight Alicat.

Provided that you were referring to an English bathroom , complete with lavatory there can be nothing wrong with the question. If you were using the word 'bathroom' in its American usage, meaning a lavatory, then you should be sanctioned by the Committee on un-English Activities.

Nope. I got a violation the other day because I read a joke and didn't get it and I posted "I didn't get it."

nothing wrong at all,
I don't understand why they act the way they do, maybe there is a person who don't like you getting past level four, so they open loads of accounts and give you lot's of bad feedback, it happend to me when I was as level 4, they want to get a life,
There you go another one for me!!!!

;-)
