I dont think its fair Paris may not have to go to jail just cos she is famous for being famous.

She is going to jail. She may serve less than the 45 days. But that is not because she is famous - that happens a lot in California, due to the overcrowding.

I think she should go to jail. I think if for some reason her lawyers and family money are able to buy or get her out of jail time, it would be cause for a riot. Just because she has money, does not mean she did not commit the crimes... she needs to learn her lesson, perhaps more importantly, she needs to learn her place in the world... not atop some pedestal, as she may think... but more accurately among the people, following the laws of the people, rich or not!

I agree with you. Paris should have to go to jail and serve more than the original 45 days. She should serve as an example to her fans who think it's cool to act the way she does.

She's NOT going to jail for being famous! She's going to jail because she BROKE THE LAW, repeatedly. And then tried to say, oh i didn't know, it was my agent's fault.

Whatever, she never accomplished anything. She drove on a suspended license while on probation. That's what she gets.
