Walmart. I have bought both red and gold shoes for my daughter like the ones in the wizard of Oz for under 20.00$

You could just buy a pair of plain black shoes and cover them with glitter. I think that's how they were made for the movie. They left glitter wherever they went, but they sure looked pretty! If you sprayed them after the glitter with something like hairspray or an art finisher it might help keep the glitter on better.

Walmart did have them however that was a year ago that i saw them. My roommate went as dorothy last year for halloween and she ended up buying white shoes(whatever stlye you want) painted them red and then put red glitter over top. They turned out great! and you get to be creative and put a sense of your style into it. the whole thing cost about 15$ you could also try mixing the glitter and paint to begin with!

For some odd reason, Target used to sell them all the time in the little girls' shoe section. If you wear a women's 5, you can buy a child's 3. if you wear a women's 6, you can buy a child's 4.
Or try Zappos for any shoes.

I dressed up like Dorothy last Halloween and got my shoes from a costume site. I can't remember the name of the site, but I'm sure if you googled it, soemthing's bound to pop up. If all else fails...try e-bay.

ooh i bought some other day on sale for £10 from office they were £45. they so cute and look lovely with a dress or some skinny jeans. i'm from UK and i've seen a few simmilar ones to mine. but if you're from US i cant help you sorry. unless you try ebay.
