Not sure, but we men havn't done quite so good of a job, so maybe it's time to find out?

I think that no one runs pieces of the world and if they do then we can't see them or know of them.

Bush is just a puppet of his own party and special interest. As a man he does not run anything just does as told.

If Hilary were to win, she also would be run by her party and people around her. At least this would seem like progress.

I'm pretty sure that in the past there were cultures that were run by a queen of sorts. But, I don't think there are any such civilizations that survived.
