I want to send an email to my entire address book. Is there an easier way that using the "check all" feature?
Also, can I send this email without my entire list of contacts being displayed on each email?

Create a "group" and put everyone into it. This works for all systems. There may be an easier way with your mail system, but you did not say what mail you use...check the Helps

Enter the "To" information into the field called "BCC" for Blind Carbon Copy. Any e-mail addresses placed in there will not be displayed to other people. (That is why it is called "Blind")
