which one of these method can light up a 75 watt light bulb and how

75 watt would use too much power so you would need an awful lot of potatoes. Try a very small flashlight bulb.

This has nothing to do with ac or dc. a 75 watt light bulb will also run fine on dc.
You can build a battery by sticking pennys into a potato or into a lemon or into saltwater. And if you connect 1000 of these batteries together that should light the bulb.

The process is governed by the reduction potential between zinc and copper. To light a 75 watt with potatoes is going to be difficult, since you're going to need to wire up about 70 potatoes, both in series (to get the necessary voltage) and in parallel (to get more current) to light that thing. I'd suggest using something that is already low-power battery powered, like a clock.

There isn't any reasonable way to do so. Cells made out of potatos, lemons, and the like produce about one volt, at very little current. You would need a hundred of these in series to get enough voltage, and several strings of a hundred, all parallleled, to get enough current (a bit over half an ampere).

You can't do that with a standard household 75 watt bulb because it runs on Alternating Current (AC), and all these other methods of generating electricity produce Direct Current (DC).

Try getting a light for a car (12V DC) and you'll be able to do it with these items...

ZeroCarb's answer is misleading. There is nothing special about the filament in a light bulb that prevents it from being used with DC.
