What does your lease say? Is it from the court?

If your lease says the landlord only has to give a 2 week notice then yes. If you have a copy of your lease then read it and see what it says about notice. A lot of landlords write in 30 days notice but it's possible that your landlord has written in 2 weeks.

First read your lease, it'll tell you. Yes they can evict you in 2 weeks notice. I once had a 30 day notice that turned into 2weeks and then 2 days!

Once the pink notice is attached to your door, so far as I know, it's a 3 day eviction notice. - atleast it was a few years back.

No,standard law is 30 days,and they have to bring the local constable with them to do so.However they can change the locks.

u need 30 days notice unless its specified in ur lease.
