No, its not too early.. Actually, its better you register now, in case of any emergencies that you may have from here on out to the actual delivery, you'll save yourself the time from filling out any paperwork.. And yes, you do have to register again, even if you previously gave birth in the same hospital, as some information may have changed such as contact numbers, addresses, and insurance information..
Good Luck.. :o)

You'll need to pre-register again. I'd forgotten that the "pre-clinic" at my hospital included tons of paperwork--including getting the birth certificate started and giving permission for posting baby info on their site (all I'd remembered was a tour of the birthing center so I figured I'd skip it the second time around). When I went in the day before my scheduled c-section for lab work I had to hurriedly scribble through all the forms because I didn't want to get stuck doing it all once the baby was born).
But the actual registration will be easier because you'll just have to verify all the address, SSN, and insurance info they already have in the system and then they'll have to registration form waiting when you go into labor for easy admittance.

I would do the on line now and in a couple of weeks stop by the hospital to make sure that everything is OK. And if not then register through the hospital .

I guess all hospitals are different, but I was pre-registered at my hospital by the time I hit 30 weeks. I am almost certain that you would have to register again for this pregnancy, also.

Try and register now if you can. If you can't, know when you can.
I didn't register with my second and boy was that a mistake! I went into labor at the mall and was in my bed signing papers while panting and screaming. I only had 3 hours from start to finish. I could have gone without the paper signing. I mostly scribbled lines and shoved the papers away. ;0)
A quick register and that saves a BIG hassle with accidents.

It is ok to register early that way there are no mistakes and you will have no problem being admitted when the time comes and if you can do it online and feel safe that everything will be completed then do it. But early is always better.

I pre-registered at 30 weeks for all of my children on line. It's easy and you have to register every time so that they have the correct insurance info and the pregnancy info is different this time around.

You will probably have to register again. Its not to early either. I bet you can do it online. At my hospital you could also just call, that is how I did it. Just give the hospital a call and see what they recommend.

It's not too early, my OB gave me the form at a routine office visit. It was easy. You have to register for every admission (or in this case, expected admission).
