(I was going to divide this between assuming you're str8 or actually gay, and then discovered it didn't make that much difference to the first part of my answer!)
* It's just barely possible they all mean it in the sense that some would-be-sensitive types spell "ghey": You're a clueless male, and they aren't talking about your sexuality. OR
* Maybe because you aren't responding to her sexually when she's giving out signals. This could be because you're really not interested in her--whether or not you basically like girls--or because you're unaware she's coming on to you. (If the latter, try Web-searching Asperger's.)
* Maybe because you're inappropriately interested in things that she believes are solely "girl stuff."
* Maybe because you care about guy stuff (sports, cars, etc.) even less than she does.
* Maybe because you're shyer or more timid than she thinks a guy ought to be.

But the real question is: Why don't you ASK her, brother? In 21st-c. Western societies (among others), females are socialized to TALK about relationships, feelings, and so on. So you ought to be able to get at least one good answer from the first few girls you ask.
If you're str8, something like this might work:
"I'm not gay, Jessica. In fact, I think I could get to really like you! (Or "In fact, I'm going crazy wondering if Ashley knows I'm alive.") What makes you say I'm gay?"
If you're actually gay--and you aren't willing to cower miserably in the closet:
"Yeah, I am. Do you think that's a bad thing, or can we still be friends? And I'd really like you to be honest with me: What made you think so?"

Because they think you are gay? Maybe you should really look at yourself and figure out why they are calling you gay.

Probably how u act with them, how u dress or something like that, cuz from my experience, if a guy has a really good fashion sense, is nice AND good-looking....we just think he's guy, cuz good-looking straight guys don't tend to be that nice!
