If you are speaking taste wise then definitely wendys. They have many varieties and use the good greens not just ice berg lettuce. The taco salad is awesome there. If you are speaking "best" health wise then no fastfood place. Salads are bad for you when you load them with bacon, cheese, dressings, and eggs. But wendys has some tasty salads....yum. Do you remember about 5 years ago Mcdonalds had those Mcsalad shakers. Those were also good salads with lots of grilled chicken and meaty, but i dont think they sell them anymore. WENDYS

Wendys -best ceaser salad and i like BLT salad out of the garden sensations (I wanna try the taco next).
If you want the nutrition facts ( I am afraid no fast food place is going to give you an entirely healthy salad or anything for that matter) then here you go

Wendy's had an Oriental Chicken Salad that was tasty for sure.
Best salad I've ever eaten was home-made with a mix of tender salad greens (no iceburg) and baby spinach with a strawberry vinagrette, some chopped pecans and tiny baby rock lobster and small tiny chunks of goat cheese.

Salad works or Subway. Don't get one from McDonalds or those types of fast food places they can not make salads!

Wendy's is by far the best!! If you don't mind stopping somewhere Trader Joes has GREAT premade salads for $4 or so

Fuddruckers.
When you buy a burger you get access to their great salad bar which has fixings like tomato, lettuce, hot peppers, carrots, pickles, lots of other vegetables, and tons of condiments. It doesn't have a giant variety but everything is crisp and fresh.
