YES, there is.....like MEXICO. All pesons enter in this country with criminal records and if they found out that they have false pretenses, they will be imprisoned or deported emmideately.

Canada! If you have been arrested in the US, as a US citizen and had the case dismissed BUT you did not have it expunged from your record...no Canada!
