ok what are the chances of u being on ur period and haveing sex an geting pregnit?? an ur on birth control? what are the chances of geting preg?

you can get pregnant at anytime . If it's meant to be it will happen.
i know someone who couldn't get pregnant unless she was on her period. everyones ovulation cycle is at a different time

The chance would be very slim. When you ovulate (usually mid-way between periods), the egg is traveling down the fallopian tube to the uterus. If it is not fertilized by the time it reaches the uterus, the egg will not attach and your body then begins to slough of the tissue on the lining of the uterus. This is your period.
So, if you had sex while on your period, chances are that you are NOT ovulating, and there is no viable egg to fertilize anymore.
Also -- most birth control pills prevent your body from ovulating. This is another reason that you are not likely to become pregnant.
HOWEVER -- unprotected sex is never a good idea, regardless of where you are in your cycle, unless you wish to become pregnant. And of course, there are safety issues, as well.

okay the birth control....IF taken correctly should prevent you from ovulating in the first place!!!
and you only have a period on the pill when you take your off week on the cycle pack.....the lack of hormones from the pill simply induces a "period"
but take those pills EVERYDAY....within an hour timeframe everyday
and learn how to spell and type correctly.....you shouldn't be having sex at all if your spelling skills reveal your age

i think u can still get pregnant that way, the birth control pills are only like 90 something percent to work and i think u can still get pregnant if you have your period!
