There are no planets ON EARTH (unless you count the fortune tickets extracted by parrots, sometimes also called "planets"...)

There are 8 planets in the solar system, including Earth (the ninth, Pluto, is no longer considered a planet)

The planets visible with naked eye from Earth are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn.

The following in distance from Sun and order of discovery is Uranus; some say it is possible to see it with naked eye under very favourable conditions.

The other planet, visible only with telescopes, is Neptune.

There are no planets visible in even the largest telescopes of today outside the solar system (their presence was discovered by indirect means)

Well here is the thing. Earth is a planet, but in our solar system, there is now 8. They are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune in that order. Pluto use to be a planet, but they have now decided that it isn't big enough to be a planet, so it's a star or a moon or something like that.

Earth is a planet and is not made up of smaller planets.

There are 8 planets in our solar system, however: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune and Uranus. Pluto was the 9th planet up until a couple of years ago when the definition of a planet was changed.

There are no planets on earth. Planets are out in the universe. There used to be 9, but Pluto got booted out of this exclusive club in the fall of 2006.

I don't know if I can name them all, let's see:
Mars
Jupiter
Saturn
Uranus
Earth
Venus
Mercury
Neptune

There aren't any planets on Earth, this is the only one here. There are 7 others out there orbiting our sun, 8 if you count Pluto, but only Earth here.
