Yeap. It's called cloning.

"Virgin birth" has been verified in sharks. Parthenogenesis, procreation without fertilization, has previously been found in some amphibians, birds, fishes, and reptiles. Now genetic analysis shows a hammerhead shark has done it. The baby shark was formed by fusion of an egg with an egg byproduct from the same mother, so its DNA is a double helping of half the mom's DNA. Scientists think this explains some mysterious births to other captive sharks.

But in humans, no. (At least, not yet!)

no, they will have genes from both parents although the mother's genes may be the only dominant ones. The only way there could be a single parent is asexual reproduction. The only possibility for humans is in the case of a hermaphrodite.

In a theoretical sense, yes, but only by cloning. Unlike some other species, mammals and humans cannot reproduce by parthenogenesis.

It depends on which species you are considering. This does not occur in mammals and birds. It sometimes (but rarely) can occur in a small number of reptilian, amphibian, and fish species, and in many invertebrate species.

in general yes (e.g. aphids do it, look up parthenogenesis for more examples.
In humans no.

dunno in the case of jesus which only had his mother.
for normal human being, i think we need both paternal and maternal genes or else the child will have birth defect or maybe die in the womb.

At this time, no. That would be cloning (it doesn't happen naturally in humans).
